DFS Consolidation Project

This project is mainly for consolidating 2 physical different address buildings into a single new building warehouse, we provided a solution architect together with a JDA technical consultant implementating this project:

• Design the new facilty to consolidate two existing sites into one site
• Implementing configuraiton, customizations
• Guide the UAT testing
• Deploying master data, configuration, and new code before go live
• Hypercare after go live

This is one of quickest project which only took less than 3 months from design, config, UAT testing and go-live with only 2 full-time resources
